Randolph Packing Recalls Beef Products Due to E.coli

Asheboro, North Carolina-based Randolph Packing Co Inc has issued a recall of 96,000 pounds of beef products.

The beef products, Boneless Beef, Knuckles, and Beef Ribeye Rolls, may be contaminated with E.coli O157:H7.

The products were produced were distributed to federal establishments for further processing in Illinois, Missouri, New York, Ohio, and Virginia.

None of these products are available directly to consumers.
